Kunal Patel

Kunal Patel is a dynamic entrepreneur who displays resilience and vision in the hospitality industry. His journey began amidst the challenging backdrop of the 2009 recession when, at the tender age of 18, he made his first foray into business by acquiring a modest motel in Florida City, FL. Undeterred by the economic downturn, Kunal exhibited his keen business knowledge by strategically purchasing his second motel in the same area in 2012 and orchestrating a remarkable full-scale renovation within a mere 60 days, showcasing his ability to deliver projects on time and below budget.

In 2014, Kunal elevated his game by acquiring a 50-unit flagged motel, executing another swift and successful full gut renovation within the same tight timeframe. Operating all his properties collectively, Kunal demonstrated his adeptness at managing multiple ventures simultaneously.

The year 2017 marked a pivotal moment in Kunal’s career as he embarked on the ambitious endeavor of constructing a dual-brand 6-story flagged hotel on a newly purchased piece of land. However, faced with permitting delays, he cancelled the project and swiftly pivoted his strategy, seizing the opportunity to revitalize a rundown Red Carpet Inn in Orlando, FL, transforming it into a thriving Quality Inn and Suites. Under his leadership, the hotel experienced a remarkable turnaround, with revenue tripling over the next 24 months.

In 2018, Kunal further expanded his portfolio by acquiring an interior corridor Baymont by Wyndham hotel, conducting a comprehensive renovation to enhance its appeal.

The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 prompted Kunal to relocate to Orlando, where he focused his efforts on maximizing the potential of the Quality Inn & Suites amidst challenging circumstances. However, adversity only fueled his determination, and in April 2021, he seized the opportunity to acquire a distressed Knights Inn motel, executing yet another successful full gut renovation. He was able to successfully convert this motel to a dual brand Super8/ Travelodge Motel.

Continuing his momentum, Kunal expanded his footprint by acquiring a 20-unit motel in Waldo, FL, initiating another ambitious renovation project in August 2021. His strategic vision and relentless drive culminated in further acquisitions in February and March 2023, as he transformed Days Inn & Suites near UCF and a Quality Inn near Florida Mall into thriving hospitality establishments through meticulous renovations and strategic rebranding.

Felix Camacho is an accomplished and dedicated hospitality professional with a remarkable journey in the industry. His passion for hospitality management began at the age of 16 when he started working as a busboy and server in restaurants. Recognizing his passion for hospitality he transitioned to hotels and at 18 years old, transitioned to a mid-scale hotel as a front desk employee.

Over the course of the next decade, Felix’s commitment and hard work propelled him through various roles within the hotel. He started as a front desk employee and gradually advanced to positions such as night auditor, income auditor, and sales and marketing executive. With each step, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in hotel operations and management.

Equipped with a degree in hospitality management, Felix’s expertise expanded further as he assumed the role of assistant general manager. His dedication and ability to deliver exceptional results led him to become a general manager at the age of 30. Throughout his career, Felix has held general manager positions in several hotels, showcasing his talent for overseeing operations, leading teams, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

In addition to his managerial achievements, Felix has also excelled in hotel renovations. His keen eye for detail and project management skills have allowed him to successfully oversee multiple renovation projects, ensuring that each hotel maintains its high standards and remains competitive in the market.

felix’s exceptional skills and expertise have extended beyond his direct roles, as he has also provided consulting services to several properties. His insights and guidance have proven instrumental in improving operations, enhancing guest experiences, and increasing profitability for these establishments.

One of Felix’s notable accomplishments was rescuing a full-service hotel from losing its franchise flag. Within a mere two months, he orchestrated a complete 180-degree turnaround, impressing the franchise CEO with his ability to revitalize the property and restore its reputation. This achievement not only demonstrated his astute business acumen but also highlighted his unwavering commitment to excellence.

With over 25 years of experience as a hotel manager, Felix possesses a natural ability to communicate effectively and train staff. His leadership skills and hands-on approach have instilled a culture of exceptional service within the teams he has managed.

Lexus Guerrero

Lexus Guerrero is a distinguished law enforcement professional with an illustrious career spanning over 8 years. Commencing as a patrol officer, he swiftly advanced to the role of a field training officer, entrusted with the comprehensive training of new patrol officers within the department. His unwavering dedication and extensive knowledge propelled him to the position of a detective in the General Investigations Unit, where he honed his expertise in economic crimes investigations and risk protection orders. Lexus’s track record includes the successful resolution of high-profile economic crime cases, garnering media attention and ensuring justice and compensation for the victims involved.
 
Prior to his tenure in law enforcement, Lexus contributed significantly to the City of Homestead Procurement division as a buyer. In this capacity, he undertook the responsibility of reviewing and approving bids for an array of materials, ranging from janitorial and electrical supplies to vehicles. Notably, Lexus played a pivotal role in assessing construction bids for prominent government projects, including the Homestead Police Department and Seminole Theater renovation.
 
Lexus’s earlier role as the lead for the City of Homestead Procurement warehouse underscored his exceptional prowess in inventory management. Effectively overseeing a diverse inventory, including power company supplies, water and wastewater supplies, and janitorial supplies, he implemented strategies that drastically reduced inventory losses to unprecedented levels.
